If your online order is over $99 we will ship your order free of charge. For all other orders, a $7.95 shipping fee will apply.

 

FriendlyCare Pharmacy uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

 

We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.

Australian Standard Shipping – approximately 2-7 days. You will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the Track and Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track/ by entering your tracking number.
