    Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, dicaprylyl ether, dicaprylyl carbonate, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, glycerin, benzyl alcohol, cera alba (beeswax), phenoxyethanol, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, tocopheryl acetate, anthemis nobilis (chamomile) flower oil, linalool, limonene.
    For optimal results, use as a part of your bedtime routine, gently massaging 4 pumps of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep
  • While absorption begins immediately, it takes 7 days (on average) of continued use for magnesium levels to improve sufficiently and for you to feel the difference
  • For the best results, use after having a bath or shower
